Today I didn't do anything different with my workout. I actually did it an hour earlier. It must be the temperature change because I am sweating like CRAZY as I sit here typing.
Although, since I have been doing shorter, more intense workouts, I am typically not on long enough to get a good sweat on. With this type of workout though, I do wake up with soreness sometimes, which is great!! It means I am building muscle/toning with my workouts.
Funny how I feel like I just did a more serious workout since I am literally dripping in sweat.
