Day 29/365

I am so sorry for missing a few days.  I didn't forget to exercise, I just didn't get to the blog and post.  I promise I will blog each day of my challenge, but sometimes I do get sidetracked on the way to the computer. (I honestly don't know how that happens) ;o)

This is what I did today:
Elliptical: 15 min @ level 15
Hundred Push-up Challenge: Week 5 Day 1 (86 push-ups)
