Day 214 - Progress so far

Just thought I would post some pictures to show where I am. I would still like to loose a solid 20-25 pounds more. We'll see what my body wants to do!

  3. Karen it looks like you have some good definition on your abs. Did you get that just from doing the elliptical or did you have to do anything else?

  4. Awesome job! Keep it up and exercise every day! I schedule it every day, just like writing, with no excuses. You have to or else the guilt and the negative self-talk with come back with a vengeance.

    What a great role model for your children! Way to go!

  5. Thanks so much for the support!! Yes, I am getting back into a routine--need to or I'm going to get writer's spread.. ;)

    I've have learned that there is enough time to do everything I need to do in a day, I just need to prioritize, exercise discipline and be focused. Cutting out TV entirely did wonders for my time!! :)
